A typical repair utilizing combination of carpentry and epoxy.. We have saved clients many thousands of dollars implementing this method vs. sill and casement replacement.

The base of a column prepped for epoxy fill. Prep consists of excavation of rotten wood, allowance for drying out of damp wood, application of a two-part epoxy primer, installation/securing of a coarse plastic mesh.
